Ironmouse is a Mythic-rarity sprite from the Runners season in Fortnite. It is currently unreleased and not yet available in-game.
Regenerate health over time when low.
Health regenerated to increases at each Level Up: 60 Health -> 70 Health -> 80 Health -> 90 Health -> 100 Health
Ironmouse passively regenerates health when you're low — no items, no conditions, just automatic healing below a threshold. At Level 5, you regen up to 100 HP. Excellent for sustained survival between fights without burning medkits. Icon Series shop exclusive.
Ironmouse is an Icon Series sprite that automatically regenerates your health when you're low — no items needed, no buttons to press, no conditions beyond being below a health threshold. It's the most passive survivability tool in the game: take damage, stay alive, and your HP ticks back up over time without spending any healing items.
The regeneration ceiling increases with levels: 60 → 70 → 80 → 90 → 100 HP. At Level 1, you'll regen up to 60 HP — useful but leaves you fragile. At Level 5, you regen to full 100 HP, meaning you never need bandages or medkits for HP (shields still require items). This completely eliminates the need to carry health-only healing in your inventory.
Ironmouse's biggest practical benefit: it frees an inventory slot. Normally you carry shields AND health items. With Ironmouse at Level 5, you can drop medkits/bandages entirely — your HP handles itself. That empty slot becomes a second weapon, extra utility, or more shields. In competitive play where every slot matters, this flexibility is significant.
Both Ironmouse and Demon provide health sustain, but differently. Demon heals instantly on kills (burst healing, requires eliminations). Ironmouse heals passively over time (slow healing, requires no action). Demon is better for aggressive multi-kill scenarios. Ironmouse is better for players who take chip damage between fights and want to always enter engagements at full HP without using consumables.
Like Pollo, Ironmouse is an Icon Series sprite available only through the Item Shop — not in Sprite Chests or via Dust summoning. Featuring VTuber Ironmouse, it launched as part of Fortnite's ongoing creator collaborations. Check the Item Shop under Icon Series; availability rotates, so purchase when listed if you want it for your collection.
